And then we might have a problem with HubSpot, because when an envelope is sent directly from HubSpot, the recipient page on HubSpot specifies the type of signature and verification to apply, and it always says "No verification," even though verification is included in the template.Do you think this is just a HubSpot bug, but does the envelope sent still have verification enabled?I believe so, based on the tests we've already done, but if this option were unlocked, we could change the verification type even when sending the envelope from HubSpot, which would avoid many problems and allow us to customize the sending process based on our verification needs.

I’ve created a web form that will be used as an inspection template.  A user at my level will perform the inspection using the Web Form and once completed, I’ll need to route the now clinic-specific inspection with findings to the appropriate team for acknowledgement signatures.  I’m at a standstill and need some help.General Web Form template with inspection content is created and currently living in My Web Forms. I or another user will perform the inspection.  Once complete, signatures from 2 different people will need to be obtained to sign off the inspection.  Because these inspections will now be clinic-specific, eSignature fields will not be the same from inspection form to inspection form. In thinking about this, if I am inspecting 14 clinics, do I need to create 14 Web Forms all named for the clinic to be inspected in the My Web Forms folder so the links to complete them are unique? On a certificate of completion, how can I verify (beyond all doubts) that a signer was/wasn’t in person signing a pin pad? This has become a legal matter in which we need to know if signer (which is now deceased) was actually present at the time.  

A Docusign user sent me a document a few months ago before I had a Docusign account. I am unable to locate that person. Now that I have a Docusign account in the same email address used to send that document, is there any way I can access it?

Just want to put this out there...it’s April 2, 2026, and ever since Docusign made it’s latest updates to the site it has been harder to use.  It’s so slow and is becoming cluttered.  Some of the changes are really nice but it’s becoming a drag to use.

When a Docusign has already been generated and sent, how can I edit the email address or phone number, etc. when there are duplicate recipients and neither of them have signed? It keeps duplicating their names. So whoever I click on to edit, it will change the 2nd name to match the 1st and vice versa. I’ve set the signing order, which is a prompt you get when you try to proceed with the duplicate names, but it is still happening. Does anyone know how to correct?

Hi everyone,I am trying to understand how to reuse a document uploaded through an Agreement Request desk inside a Maestro workflow and include it in an eSignature envelope.My workflow starts from a Web Form that contains several fields and one attachment field where the user uploads a document. The uploaded file is visible in the Agreement Desk request.However, I am confused about which step should be used next:- "Prepare document" seems to generate a document from a document template- "Get document from request" seems to retrieve documents generated from a document template in Agreement Desk- but my document is uploaded by the user through the Web Form, not generated from a templateSo my question is:How can I reuse a document uploaded via a Web Form attachment field and include it as a document in the "Send documents for signature" step in Maestro?Is "Get document from request" expected to work with Web Form attachments,

I created multiple signatures (in different languages, actually) for different occasions, but there is no way for me to choose which one I'm gonna use. In all the documents that I was signing, my first signature was always being chosen automatically. I neither find any place I can choose which signature to use, nor find any settings about default signature to be used. Please help me.

I have a business pro account. When I try to add an attachment field to a webform, it says that “Attachment fields are only supported when this form is used in a Maestro workflow.” I am wondering if I have the ability to use a Maestro workflow, or if there is another way to create a webform where the end user will be able to upload an attachment? 

I have enjoyed using the Strike-Through feature for years but it has vanished. There are no mark-up tools like I have had for 15 years.

Hello everyone,I’m encountering a problem when accessing the DocuSign Developer Portal:- URL: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/account/  - After logging in, the page stays completely blank (only the header appears).- In DevTools Network tab, the request to `/api/user/settings` returns HTTP 500.- On the console, I see the error:    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'account_name')Steps already tried:- Tested in Chrome and Edge (both latest versions).- Cleared cache and cookies, used incognito mode.- Tried on different networks and devices.- Extensions like AdBlock are not the root cause.It seems the frontend cannot proceed without user settings.  Has anyone experienced something similar? Hello we are having some instances where we send a document for external review and the client will download and replace with a different copy. Is there a way to block the ability to do so? we’d like the client to accept/decline/comment on the review but never replace the document for compliance reasons. Is there an easy way to do so? thanks!

We are trying to test our configuration for Oracle Journey Integration with DocuSign however we are unable more than 2 documents. We have created docusign templates and have used the template ID in our Oracle journey tasks. We are unable to save the template id beyond 2 tasks. Can you pls confirm what is the limit in demo docusign environment for this ?

When I use the data field box it looks like it is covering the existing text. However, when I receive the document back from my client the data field box was transparently creating a blur of text, the old existing text, and the new changed text. How do I make the data box solid before filling in the text?

Hi everyone,I’m currently using the DocuSign eSignature API to create an envelope via Composite Templates. My setup involves two recipients with no signing order (parallel routing).To ensure tabs are visible to both parties, I have set the shared property to true for each tab within the inlineTemplates for the signers.The Problem: When the signing URL is opened, the shared tabs are appearing with a solid white background. I was expecting them to be transparent so they blend seamlessly with the document's underlying layout.My Questions: Is there a specific property I need to adjust / include to force transparency for shared tabs? I have an envelope that requires two documents to be attached. I have trained an AI model (outside of docusign) to validate the attachments. I need to extract the attached documents as two individual PDF’s.I have tried the List_documents_from_an_envelope action, but it does not include the attachments. e.g. this document requires up to three attachments.  The signed download PDF contains two documents  Doc 11 - Certificate request2 - Attachment 1 3 - Attachment 2Doc 21 - Certificate when I use the list documents action, I can only see the original form, and the certificate. Thi
