Hi everyone I am having some trouble cancelling my Business Pro free trial. When I select “Close Account” it says it will cancel all accounts including paid for that email address. I have tried to change the email address on my free trial but keep getting an error message. I have also tried to access the “call back” option from within my paid account but when it asks me to login it isn’t working. Any help appreciated :)

In DocuSign, we have three joint owners, and the document is sent to all signers at the same time to fill mandatory attachment fields.If the first signer uploads their driving license, when the second signer opens the document to complete their part, is it possible to hide the driving license uploaded by the first signer?Also, after the document is completed, all uploaded driving licenses are visible in the final document. Is there any way to restrict the visibility of attachments between signers?

Hi DocuSign team and community,I'm running into a blocker on my Developer Sandbox account and would appreciate guidance, as this is preventing me from validating the multi-signer workflow before our production rollout.The problem: I create an envelope from a template with 2 or 3 signers in sequential routing order. After sending, the envelope status shows as Sent in the envelope history, and the history confirms the email was dispatched to the first signer's correct address. However, the email never arrives. Not in Inbox, not in Spam, not in Promotions, not in any folder. Because routing is sequential, signers 2 and 3 are also never notified.What I've already verified on my side: recipient email addresses are correct (double-checked character by character), tested with multiple real email providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domain) with the same result across all of them, checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, All Mail and Trash, the envelope history confirms Sent status with the correct re

What is the monthly envelope sending limit for a developer account? Will it be updated every month?

Is is possible to use Docusign for purposes of e-voting ballot? I tried using check box Group with “exactly 1” as a validation but did not work”.  Tried a radio button with only one place for voters to select and it did not give me the number of voters.  Should my approach be set up each voter with its own items to vote and sign it? 

We’re a Strategic Business Development Consultancy and we have 5 separate contracts.As a vCSO and Executive Director for international companies, I need to be able to authorise documents for each of them with a digital signature for each. How do I do this with DocuSign? BTW I’m not a developer and don’t get that environment. 

Hello,  I would really appreciate your help. Using the API, our envelopes are created and sent with the correct prefilled values. However, when our customers open the document for signing, one of the fields (“Title”) is covered by an editable textbox with some unrelated value.This is the document before signing (created with the correct prefilled valued, Name and Title):  And this is how customers see it when signing: The correct value (“1st Degree”) is underneath a textbox with “Staff”. We have no clue where it gets this default value from or how to edit out the textbox. I’ve recreated this field several times in the template and the issue still persists. My developer account has not sent the envelope yet this month, but it prompts that the envelope limit has been exceeded.Account ID: 3******* 

Our users often have some, but not all, of the information required to submit a request. In previous platforms, we utilized a "save as draft" feature which was essential for allowing users to enter what they have and return later once they have gathered all necessary details.This functionality currently exists within Navigator and Envelopes. Could you please clarify why it is not yet available for Agreement Desk requests?

I am trying to use a formula field to generate a date, with a nested IF statement. Using a dropdown field whose options are 1,2,3,4:  IF 1, date signed + 36 months, IF 2, date signed + 36  months, IF 3, date signed + 24 months, IF 4, date signed + 12 months.  It can also be years.  I cannot get the prompt generator to complete a formula, other than a simple date signed + x months.  Please help

Hey Community - hope you’re having a good day...long weekend (In UK) nearly here ! When a Completed Document gets ingested into Workday (via API) for downstream storage and processing, is that document a copy of the ‘original’ ? In other words, would a version / copy of the completed document be stored in both DocuSign AND Workday or only a ‘master’ copy stored within Workday ? Also - does the Certificate of Completion ‘route’ with the completed document into Workday (for audit) ? Hope that makes sense ! Thanks in advance. 

I am new to Docusign and trying to create a solution for populating data from SharePoint on a document with Power Automate before sending it to the recipients to sign.I have created the template in MS Word and then upload it to Docusign. I have tried different things by inserting the pre-fill fields as {{Name}} or adding the input fields in the Document, but this will not show in Power Automate when I use the “Create envelope using template with recipients and tabs” action. I tried the other actions as well but same result.I want these fields to be read-only as well when send to the recipients to sign and to put the recipients dynamically as well from the SharePoint list.Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?Any help will be much appreciated. The problem is as follows: I want to guarentee, that signatures from my account/using my Mail Adress can only be done when logged in. I’ve seen that the sender of an envelope can add this requirement and this usually works well.  However a lot of the senders have troubles implementing this requirement. In these cases, there is just a link to my inbox and when I click it, I can sign without any further requirements. This has raised a lot of security concers due to the different acesses to the inboxes and the data management systems at my institution. One the one hand, anyone with the link could sign the document; on the other hand, there would be no way to assure that the signature was set by the right person if this is debated in the future.  Is there a way to “lock” my account/ Mail Adress in a way that signatures can only be done after logging in? Even when the sender-settings don’t require this  Thank you very much in advance

Looking for help with reusing existing DocGen forms on different Salesforce objects.Currently, all DocGen forms are configured on the Account object. Requirement is to reuse the same forms on Opportunity and Contract objects. I assumed that passing the correct object type and object Id during the Create and Upload step would be sufficient. However, when the document is generated and viewed in SF DAL, it always gets stored under the Account folder instead of the runtime object (Opportunity/Contract).Has anyone successfully reused DocGen forms across multiple objects?Is there additional configuration required to override the source object or target folder behavior?Happy to share more details if needed.

I was looking into a project partner that is slow to Docusign things and the “Recipient Activity Report” is exactly what I needed. However, their “Average Completion Time” is within the allotted time - the issue is specific envelopes that they are slow to sign. Is there a way to expand the data behind a report into multiple line items addressing each individual envelope? I understand that I can simply look at Completed Envelopes and export that as a CSV. The gap I am seeing is that there is no “User Completion Time” column, at least with my current configuration. As a result, I would have to do some Excel magic with lookups to find all of the signers previous to my recipient of interest and get the time it actually takes them to sign. I can do so, but I figured I’d see if there’s a way to get that information out of the box that I’ve missed before putting in that effort.
