I need to have access to my employee’s folders so that I can take over time sensitive items if they are away from work. I thought that I had set this up, but I still can’t find a way to even view their folders. 

There used to be purple diamonds in front of the completed agreements in DocuSign Navigator that would indicate whether validation of the AI Assisted Review had been completed. I no longer see those. Is there another way to tell what needs to be reviewed? Thank you.

Why do I see, on occasions, the signing time and date in the “Signature” section are completely different from the “Timestamp”? For example, I have a training log that shows a staff member completed the training on 05-Jun-2026 but the “Signature” block indicates that she signed on 28-May-2026 at 2:23:12 PM EDT; and the “Timestamp” section in the audit trail had this: Sent: 5/28/2026 11:12:29 AMResent: 5/28/2026 4:01:32 PMResent: 5/29/2026 8:28:46 AMResent: 5/29/2026 3:51:20 PMResent: 6/1/2026 3:27:54 PMViewed: 6/1/2026 9:56:52 PMSigned: 6/5/2026 5:52:08 PMWould someone please help explain this? 

Overview of my problemI created a standard developer account (on the default "DEVCENTER_DEMO_RESTRICTED_JUNE2025" plan) and I am getting a "RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED" error whenever I try to create an envelope with 2 recipients via the eSignature REST API. I am trying to have two people sign the document - the first signer is me, the second signer is the client which receives an email to sign the document once I have signed the document. Is the restriction I am encountering built into the RESTRICTED plan? How can I increase the per-envelope recipient limit on a sandbox account or change the plan for free, for development testing? Hi, I wanted to reach out to the customer support from my developer account, but I was not able to start a conversation with a chat because the action simply does nothing. I tried other browsers, another device, incognito, still nothing. When I log in with my trial account, I am redirected to using the chat again, which is not working. I have no way of contacting support now.  

I am currently using DocuSign Web Forms and would like to know whether Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) is supported for both Public Web Forms and Private Web Forms.My requirement is to verify the identity of the user using KBA before they complete the web form or proceed with the signing process.Could you please clarify the following?Is KBA supported for Public Web Forms? Is KBA supported for Private Web Forms?

I have tried everything and followed all instructions and cannot figure out how to get CORRECT in the MORE menu??  Please help, I need to correct this!

Hi everyone,I'm using a DocuSign Developer  account and I'm facing the following error whenever I try to send an envelope using the REST API: { "errorCode": "RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED", "message": "You have reached the maximum number of recipients permitted for a single transaction in your account. Please ask your administrator to increase your limit."}I'm using the C# SDK, and the exception is thrown from EnvelopesApi.CreateEnvelopeAsync().What I've verified:My account is a Developer (Demo) account. Authentication (JWT OAuth) is working correctly. The same error occurs not only through the REST API but also when I try to send an envelope manually from the DocuSign Demo website. My account usage shows: Envelopes: 108 / Unlimited Workspace: 0 / 500000 MB I'm not seeing any indication that I've reached an envelope sending limit.Since the error also occurs from the DocuSign web application, I believe this is not an issue with my code.My questions are:What exactly causes RECIPIENT_LIMIT

We want both the in-person signer and the customer to sign the same document at same time. A single email should be sent containing the document, allowing both parties to complete their signatures on that document on same screen. And in the same document signature of both in-person and customer should appear at same time.Please suggest here.

Hi,we have been on a subscription plan since July 1, 2026, and I was really looking forward to getting started. Unfortunately, I’m unable to activate my existing account.After clicking the activation link in the email, I receive an error message saying that the link has expired. From there, I end up in a loop and cannot complete the activation process.The only option I have at the moment is to access the account with the expired trial subscription — which means I’m effectively unable to use the service.I haven’t been able to find a way to contact support directly. Hi everyone,I’m currently trying to setup a backup system which automatically downloads signed envelopes either upon completion or on a daily basis (1 day look-back). However I keep running into different issues with any of those two scenarios:The flow that grabs pdfs of signed envelopes actually behaves as planned (saves pdf with envelope ID as title, which are completed the day before) but does not take envelopes into account that have been signed as a “Signing Group” member (“Signing Group” completed envelopes account to 99% of all completed envelopes) - see snip below. The Power automate action “When a Docusign Connect event occurs (Account-level)” does not retrieve any pdfs in real time - none at all. The flow is almost the same but with a different trigger (i.e. When a DocuSign Connect event occurs OR When an envelope status changes) Any ideas how to get it running? 

Hi - I’m trying to downgrade to a free plan but all I’m offered are plans starting at $10 a month (Personal?) and up. I’m currently in a trial period for a business plan that I somehow ended up with by accident - I suppose I could wait until the 30 days are up but it seems silly that I can’t downgrade until then (or is that the design not a bug?).  What am I missing?Thanks

why am i not able to change the order of the documents in my docusign envelope by clicking on the thumbnail image and dragging it.  This worked 2 days ago, but no longer works. 7/17/26 Thank you
