Hello,I’m currently integrating DocuSign into my ERP system using the API, and I’m working with a developer (demo) account.For several weeks, everything was working perfectly:Envelopes were successfully created via the API They were sent without any issues Recipients were receiving the email notifications and could sign documents normallyHowever, starting about a week ago, the behavior changed unexpectedly.Now:The API still works correctly (no errors returned) Envelopes are created and sent successfully Recipients are correctly assigned But no recipient receives any email notification at allTo troubleshoot, I have tried:Sending to multiple types of email addresses (personal, professional, temporary emails) Recreating a completely new developer account → it worked once for a single envelope, then the same issue occurred again Checking API logs → no errors or warnings Verifying envelope status → shows as “sent”Despite all of this, no email is ever received by any recipient.At this point,

We are having several problems without explanation with docgen templates.We have checkbox groups and also individual checkboxes losing its “required” condition when users receive the contract to sign, and in the template we have set the field the validation with select at least 1 and we see it al the time with the correct validation.It happens so randomly that we are investing a lot of time without any way of solution. Could anybody help, it’s really frustrating 

I have one standard plan.  I need toi assign this seat to another person.  I cannot find ohow to do this without buying a second seat.I try to a chat but I get no window that pops up.  I can sign in but Is my accoutn not yet “activated”?Do I have  to buy a support plan separately jsut to get basic login help?  I can’t call or email on the support page yet I can login.  Thanks for any assistance.  Gary    

Essentially, I have several documents to send out to multiple recipients. I need any one of the recipients to sign any of the documents and have the signature witnessed. Signing Groups appears to let me either have multiple recipients where only one signs OR have witnessed signing, but not both. To make things more complicated, only some of the documents require witnessing (though I imagine I would just need to create a separate envelope for the witnessed documents). 

Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign. 

I am editing a template in the new editor and a lot of the fields available in the classic editor are not available in the new one.  When will these features be available and why weren’t they implemented in the first place?Unfortunately the document I am editing is complex and I need to be able to create a template using all of the classic features in addition to the new ones.

Hi all, I signed up yesterday so I could send out documents for SignatureI sent 5 envelopes then received a message saying “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” I checked my usage details (below) and it’s showing that 5 envelopes out of 10 included have been used Regardless, I went to upgrade my account so I could send all the envelopes required and I received the message below I don’t seem to be able to get through to support in any capacity - click on ‘chat’ and it like a dead button, cant email because im not considered to be on a paid plan, always get logged out, cant pay for a plan… Docusign keeps logging me out and I see ‘auth-error-handler’ words in some URLs (I’ve turned VPN off, cleared cookies + cache and and used different browsers including ‘incognito’ mode in Chrome) I dont know if the trial is the factor that is affecting things?I seem to even been stroking out with the amount of drafts I can create (trying to stay productive whilst troubleshooting)An

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy

I created a document to sign, entered everyone’s email address and sent it. None of the emails have made it through.All of them but one are gmail addresses. I have access to the email logs for my email address that it was also sent toand I don’t see anything in the logs either successful or not.Please advise

Hi Community, My company uses UKG for our HRMS.  We have UKG’s Document Manager module.  Through Document Manager we have our Docusign account connected.  We are trying to send a pdf to an employee through Document Manager that then goes to Docusign for signature.  That process works.  the issue I am experiencing is that when doing that, the employee is required to place the fields into the form themselves.  I would prefer that once they open the form in docusign the signature and date field are already mapped to the bottom of the form.  We tried using a tag, but that didn’t appear to work.  I read something about anchors, but am not clear on how those can be created in docusign and if that would work.  thank you in advance for any info you can provide.  

Currently, every time a user clicks the Generate Document button, a new document is created and attached to the record. This leads to:Multiple duplicate documents Storage clutter Confusion about which version is the final one

Is there any way to map additional info for user profiles through SAML mapping?  Job title, Company, Address, that kind of info.  If I can pass the info from our IdP, is there a way for DocuSign to map and apply it to our user profiles?

In the past periods I received my contract from Deliveroo and I just had to accept the conditions and terms of the contract and sign it, but while I was filling out the contract I had a problem with a box where I had to accept the working conditions, the real problem is that it does not let me press on the box it may be a bag and malfunctioning system I tried to contact Deliveroo for this problem but I could not fix it, now instead when I enter to see the mik contract it tells me that it no longer exists and they ask me to contact you to have my employment contract, I kindly ask you to help me I have a 9-month-old girl and a dependent wife, I have not been working for more than a year, now I have opened the VAT number to be able to work alone with the Deliveroo team I still kindly ask you to be able to be able to start working my life is in great difficulty thank you salutier badhboun

I am trying to map a Web Form checkbox group to an eSignature envelope template checkbox group but I keep getting this error:DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  “Checkbox Values can't be blank”Setup:Web Form- API reference name: Checkboxpartenaire- Options (and API value): Facebook, Instagram, TikTokEnvelope Template- 3 checkboxes from the same group- same Data Label: Checkboxpartenaire- grouped togetherHowever, in the template editor I only see the Data Label field and no place to define the checkbox option values (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).How should checkbox group values be configured in the template so they correctly map from the Web Form? In the example below I was even trying to add the API Value directly but there should be an area to provide both checkbox group API value and each checkbox API value no?Thanks! 

Is there a way for the initiator of a Powerform to view the progress of that Powerform from within DocuSign.

Can anyone offer insight on adding two factor authentication?We have been trying for DAYS to add SMS two factor authentication to our license.  We need a select group of people to whom we send an envelope to verify their identity via SMS.  We are stuck in an endless circle.  We are referred by service to sales.  Sales sends an email with a link containing instructions on how to add once logged into our account, but the link they tell us to use does not exist.  We are told to go to Account in the Admin login and in the Accounts view choose Plan and Billing and then buy an Add on.  Add on does not exist as an option.We’ve been told from the Account view to select Identity Verification.  Again, this does not exist.We have been going in circles for days and no one at DocuSign seems to know how to add this to our account.

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?
