WE have installed the Docusign Sharepoint Site Edition to a test Sharepoint site. When we try to connect this to the developer docusign admin portal via "Manage Docusign Administration Settings" in the SharePoint document library, it goes to the production link (https://account.docusign.com/oauth/….) not https://account-d.docusign.com/ which is the developer docusign portal. With this how can we grant consent a docusign developer environment to a sharepoint site? 

I recently set up a connected app to integrate DocuSign with LaserPro. Everything was pretty much done from LaserPro as far as logging in and giving consent. The issue is that when I logged in to give consent I used my org admin account and now when we test, all test emails are showing as sent from me. Is there a way to edit the connected app to assign a different from account, or do I need to revoke the authorization and reconnect using the account I want to be the from address? We want users to be able to manage sent envelopes, however I know the account used to connect must be an org admin.

Hi guys I am developing Send Envelope Programs on SAP system we using docusign API and My client wants to automatically send purchase orders, contract terms, and quotations to their supplier representatives with each document attached. These attachments are stored in SAP as base64-encoded data. My client wants to use anchor-based signing for purchase orders, and initial-based signing for the remaining contract terms and quotations, placing initial signatures at both ends of the documents for the purchasing manager and the supplier's seller. (I will only use inline Templates ) I developed the program using signHere tabs for the anchor method and initialHere tabs with specified positions for the initial method, but I received the following message:"The Envelope is not Complete. A Complete Envelope Requires Documents, Recipients, Tabs, and a Subject Line."Could you take a look to see if my API request/response structure is wrong? I am really desperate, and I would appreciate the opinions

I am creating a new Template for an Envelope. Under “Add Recipients”, it has automatically added the signer section with Name and Email but it has also added a line for Role - how do I remove the Role?  

I need to share a template with my team , so that we can all use the same template. I have saved it to Share Folders, but it only shows for me and not other team members. When I select the template and select share with other users, it fails  Any ideas would be really helpfulThanks

The question relates to a Management of Change Request and Approval Document. It steps through 21 numbered sections in order. Once a section is signed it is completed but there are subsequent sections requiring minimal entry then the document progresses to the next section 5 and 6 need to be signed and dated by 2 separate individuals then later section 7 has an event date added (I’ll probably sign that as well) section 17 has a group of stakeholders (including two of the previous signatories) review the proposal, sign on the progress to date and accept/reject the proposal Section 18 is authorisation to implement the change based on the recommendation/acceptance from section17 section 19 subsequently has 3 dates added to existing fields section 21 is post change review whixch is completed, signed and dated by yet another signatory CompletedThankfuk for any assistance. RegardsDarryl

I need a way to keep the envelopes sent by an ex-employee to be updated when completed, even when the Salesforce user is deactivated.I have tried transferring the envelopes to an existing employee, whose Salesforce user is still active. I republished all these envelopes.Then I deactivated the ex employee. The document was then signed. On DocuSign, I can see that the envelope is marked as completed. But on Salesforce it is still marked as ‘Sent’.Do you have a way or an idea why even after the envelope transfer, it is not updated when completed on Salesforce?Thank you

I sent an envelop using a template. In the template i had a wrong email. I had corrected the email in the template, resend the envelope, When i check history i stiil see the old email. How do i correct it. One or two recipients had signed the document

Hello,I need assistance with my free DocuSign account.I use the account only to upload a document, sign it myself, and download the signed document. I do not send documents to other people for signing.I have already signed two documents, but when I try to sign a third document, I receive the following error:ENVELOPE_SEND_ERRORThe error appears after I click the “Sign document” button on the Home page, upload the file, and click “Sign.” The error then appears and I am unable to proceed any further.DocuSign states that the free version does not have a limit on the number of documents that can be signed.I would be very grateful for your assistance in resolving this issue.

Is there a way to remove or disable certain options in the signer’s “Other Actions” menu for a specific document or template? We wan to remove Decline to Sign, Assign to someone Else, and Print & Sign, while keeping Finish Later available.Can these options be controlled at the document or template level? I’m a sender, not an account administrator.  

Hi, when I go to Admin page and try to go to Billing, the site keeps crashing.I tried this in different browser (Chrome, FireFox, and Safari). Happened to all three. Cleared cache, but same result.Any help would be much appreciated

How can I access contracts that were signed through an email account that I no longer have access to? Even though I still know the password, I cannot verify the security code because it is being sent to an email address that no longer exists.How can I transfer these contracts to another account, or request a backup/export of all contracts signed through the old account?I am also unable to access the support chat with new e-mail. Whenever I try to access it, I am redirected to the page shown message “If you signed up for a Free or Trial account, chat with us to let us know you need access.”. When I click “chat with us,” it takes me back to the same page, creating a loop and preventing me from reaching the chat support.

We are Caretta, an AI sales-call assistant (SaaS) with paying customers and under 20 employees. We built a public integration with Docusign's MCP server; it works end to end in our demo account and the integration key shows "Ready to Submit". Occasionally I get an Invalide Date error message in Docusign after entering a valid DOB on Date field in Docusign webform.We do noth ave any special case or extra logic on date field, Just a standard Date.Note:- Most of the time looks good but happened few times and our QA engineer also observed few times. Anybody know why?
