Looking to find out if anybody is using a regex patter for the numbers in a text box as a validation to only allow user enter max of 10 numbers but is still able to enter less than 10, without being forced to add zeros in front of it if the number is less than 10 digits. And is still able to complete the envelope. Thank you,  

Hello,I’m currently integrating DocuSign into my ERP system using the API, and I’m working with a developer (demo) account.For several weeks, everything was working perfectly:Envelopes were successfully created via the API They were sent without any issues Recipients were receiving the email notifications and could sign documents normallyHowever, starting about a week ago, the behavior changed unexpectedly.Now:The API still works correctly (no errors returned) Envelopes are created and sent successfully Recipients are correctly assigned But no recipient receives any email notification at allTo troubleshoot, I have tried:Sending to multiple types of email addresses (personal, professional, temporary emails) Recreating a completely new developer account → it worked once for a single envelope, then the same issue occurred again

I created a Maestro flow earlier this year (January) to extract/export information to a Google Sheet and save the final signed document to Google Drive when a specific template is used. It is currently working as set up. I would now like to change to which folder on Google Drive the signed document is uploaded. However, I am no longer able to edit any of the Google Drive steps.Issues / troubleshooting attempts:The “Apply” button remains greyed out even when I make changes to the step. The Google Drive app remains approved by an admin, and installed and authorized on my account. The connection is active with all permissions intact. I’ve tried re-adding the connection and re-creating entire step, but the GDrive-related Maestro steps no longer appear as options on the ‘Add a new step’ panel. No apps appear under ‘Connected Apps’. When I click ‘Browse Apps’ and go to the App Center, GDrive appears as an approved and installed app with active connections.

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?    

I’m trying to bulk send a letter to a few hundred recipients.  This letter is informational only and does not require the recipient to sign or acknowledge receipt. I would like to have a few text fields within the letter auto populate with the recipient name/ID so that the letter is personalized to the recipient. How do I format my csv so that the fields are automatically populated for bulk send?All the information and tutorials I’m finding are for recipients that need to sign or acknowledge receipt instead of just receiving a copy of the envelope.Thanks for any guidance on this!

I have just upgraded to the standard plan which gives 100 sends a year, but the system says I have run out of sends and is alresady asking me to upgrade to the Pro plan. I upgraded 24 hours ago and have only sent one envelope since then! im not sure how to move it on… any advice please? 

I created a document to sign, entered everyone’s email address and sent it. None of the emails have made it through.All of them but one are gmail addresses. I have access to the email logs for my email address that it was also sent toand I don’t see anything in the logs either successful or not.Please advise

Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign. 

We send tens of documents a day and all have to be signed by someone from our company.Is there a way to presign the documents in template so that only the other party needs to sign it so someone from our end doesnt need to go 50 times a day to DS to sign it?

I start a workflow using a POST request to /v2/{accountId}/workflows in an eform. I need to redirect the user to the task that was assigned to the user from the workflow. How can I achieve this?

We are having several problems without explanation with docgen templates.We have checkbox groups and also individual checkboxes losing its “required” condition when users receive the contract to sign, and in the template we have set the field the validation with select at least 1 and we see it al the time with the correct validation.It happens so randomly that we are investing a lot of time without any way of solution. Could anybody help, it’s really frustrating 

I have one standard plan.  I need toi assign this seat to another person.  I cannot find ohow to do this without buying a second seat.I try to a chat but I get no window that pops up.  I can sign in but Is my accoutn not yet “activated”?Do I have  to buy a support plan separately jsut to get basic login help?  I can’t call or email on the support page yet I can login.  Thanks for any assistance.  Gary    

Essentially, I have several documents to send out to multiple recipients. I need any one of the recipients to sign any of the documents and have the signature witnessed. Signing Groups appears to let me either have multiple recipients where only one signs OR have witnessed signing, but not both. To make things more complicated, only some of the documents require witnessing (though I imagine I would just need to create a separate envelope for the witnessed documents). 

I am editing a template in the new editor and a lot of the fields available in the classic editor are not available in the new one.  When will these features be available and why weren’t they implemented in the first place?Unfortunately the document I am editing is complex and I need to be able to create a template using all of the classic features in addition to the new ones.

Hi all, I signed up yesterday so I could send out documents for SignatureI sent 5 envelopes then received a message saying “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” I checked my usage details (below) and it’s showing that 5 envelopes out of 10 included have been used Regardless, I went to upgrade my account so I could send all the envelopes required and I received the message below I don’t seem to be able to get through to support in any capacity - click on ‘chat’ and it

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy
