Docusign  Why have you made it so difficult to report fraud. I have had to sign up to an account and now am forced here.  After signing up to an account I find I can’t delete the account.   Please provide a support phone number that I can call to resolve what appears a fraud attempt.  Thank you  

I created several Document Custom Fields in the DocuSign in order to use them in one of my templates.Such as Document Custom Fields:Contact Email Contact Name Contact Telephone NoAfter creating those fields, then I set up a template and upload a envelop word file. I wanted to insert/place those document custom fields in the document, they do not appear in the sender’s filed drop down list.

Is there a way to select all completed docs in inbox? Attached see an example

I’m currently integrating with the DocuSign eSignature REST API (v2.1) and facing an issue when creating envelopes using composite templates.What I’m Trying to Do Create an envelope using a server template The server template already contains one or more documents At runtime, upload multiple additional attachment documents (PDFs) Use compositeTemplates (serverTemplates + inlineTemplates) for this purpose IssueWhen the server template contains documents, I’m unable to upload multiple additional attachment files via composite templates. Additional documents are ignored / not added to the envelope If the server template has no documents, multiple attachments work as expected

Hi Community,I’ve raised a case with Docusign also, but I thought I’d post this issue here.Our users use Docusign within Salesforce to generate and send their quotes to prospects and customers.However, when logging in today, we all have the same error message: My ‘test’ above was one field in a new word document uploaded to Salesforce and I clicked preview, as you do when creating a new Docusign template in Salesforce.I received this error and, basically, I have no idea what to do next.Has anybody else experienced this or know how I can fix it?Thanks

Bob Ruth Ford owes me a warranty refund but told me I need to lie on a document to get it. This seems pretty illegal.  They are acting like the docusinging is not big deal. What should I do? 

Hello, I'm looking for a solution to create a template for an envelope. Being a beginner in the use of the Docusign tool, I haven't managed to do what I need.I regularly have envelopes signed, in which I have to enter 2 contracts whose contact details, rates and signatories are changed each time a new envelope is created. The signatories of both contracts are the same for the same envelope.When I create my template, with my two documents and the various elements to be completed and signed, everything goes smoothly. However, when I use the template for signing, it only applies to the first document and not to the second, which also makes up the envelope. I tried a number of different ways:- Creation directly from my template tab- Creation with automatic template detection- Creation and manual addition of the templateBut each time, only my first document benefits from what is defined by my two document template. Would yo

Hello - We are sending out bulk documents to be signed and don’t want to have the person sending out the documents be overwhelmed with the completed responses. We would like the completed docusigns to be directed to a shared inbox which multiple team members could then process the completed documents. Besides adding the shared inbox into the signing order as a “receives a copy” is there anything else I could do as the Admin to redirect the completed documents to a different inbox? Hi Community,I have four DocuSign tabs mapped from Salesforce merge fields: Text Fields A, B, C Checkbox D All fields are optional by default.Validation Needed If the signer fills any one of Text Fields A/B/C → all three must be filled OR the signer can simply select Checkbox D Leaving all fields blank is allowed Partial entry in A/B/C is not allowed QuestionWhat is the best DocuSign way to enforce this signer-time validation?Can this be achieved using Conditional Rules, or is another approach recommended?(Screenshot attached for reference.) 

Hello,I was able to create a custom branding for my application and to apply it to my envelopes.However I was wondering if it was possible to change the color of the loader (spinner), and the background.At the moment changing the: Header background, Header text, Button background or Button text, doesnt change it.Loader (spinner) Purple background 

Can I go back to the previous version? This new one is not as simple.Why fix something if it isint broke?Older previous version was just fine.Thank you,Jack

I uploaded an 8 page document which required a signature on each page.  However, Docusign removed the frame on some of the pages.  Why?

We recently completed the setup guide for the DocuSign connection in LaserPro but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. For example, it isn’t prompting the recipient to sign. We’ve gone through the normal channels to request support from both LaserPro and DocuSign but each refers us to the other. Hoping someone who has already gone through this process and is familiar with the integration might have some tips.
