This has been a repeated issue over the last year. I am getting duplicate emails for completed or voided documents. Emails that a client has viewed, completed, or I need to sign something… all emails you get in the course of a document being signed, except these documents are already completed and there shouldn’t be anything triggering these emails to go out to me. It’s very frustrating as it’s 10pm at night and my email is constantly lighting up with these emails. I’ve received 15 emails in the past hour. This bug is happening routinely and it’s getting old. Fix it, PLEASE.

I have a multi-signer document where I need to send it to signers sequentially. After the first signer completes their signing, I want to download that partially signed version and then send it to the second signer. Is this possible in DocuSign? Should I be using a specific workflow for this, or are there any limitations I should be aware of?My workflow:1. Send document to Signer 12. Once Signer 1 completes - download the partially signed document3. Send the same document to Signer 2 for their signatureWill this work or do I need to set up the full routing with all signers upfront?

I work for a construction company. Currently, I have set up a basic template for each document (Purchase Order, Subcontract, Commitment Change Order, Potential Change Order, Prime Contract Change Order, etc.). In the basic template, I set up the fields for each role (Project Manager, Project Executive, Group Manager, Architect, Owner, etc.). For each project, I create a copy of each template and fill in the project-specific user information for each role. Is there a way to autofill the user information for each role within each project so that I don’t have to fill each document template out for each project every time? Also, is there a way to get the project-specific templates to pull information from the basic templates so that if there is a change in a document’s role workflow, I only have to enter that change into the base template?

I am playing around with sender fields in Docusign IAM and have a couple questions for the recommended fields based on agreement type:Can you remove or limit the system-generated agreement types that the sender will select? To expand, what if I want to scrap most or all of the system generated agreement types and have my senders only be able to select from a list of most or all custom agreement types? Can I limit agreement type selection for senders by security group? Sender 1 can only select from agreement type A, B and C while sender 2 can only select from agreement type D, E and F. I assume this would come with the recommended fields for each aligned agreement

Hello,Some time ago I’ve developed a Power Automate flow to automatically send envelopes by using template and to a specific recipients. Few days ago I’ve noticed, that flow suddenly started to fail due to the error message: I was not changing anything in Power Automate at all. It just stopped working. I do not have access to the subscription admin panel, but I can guide our administrator to verify what’s wrong. What should I do? What’s the issue? Templates are shared with the account what is being used to send the documents and were before. I can see them during the action configuration, but I can’t use them any longer.

Good morning.I’m working on a pledge document for a campaign. As I enter the fillable fields, I need to use numbers WITHOUT decimals (for dates and timeframe) but that isn’t an option in the number format section. Is there a way to do that?  I’m stumped. Thanks! ss

Hello, I’ve noticed when adding pdf files to a Docusign envelope that more and more, these files do not display correctly in the Docusign envelope.  It’s not caused by a large file size.  The display issue has happened to a one page pdf file that only had text.  The test displays like wingdings or unicode font.  Is there a recommended pdf file format to use in Docusign? Perhaps a certain version to use?  Thanks,Anne

Hi all, we’re currently reviewing our approval workflow within DocuSign and are looking for a way to manage multi-step internal reviews rather than just simple signatures. Our process involves a supplier completing a form first, followed by several internal teams (HSEQ, Procurement, Transport, etc.) who each need to review, add comments, and either approve or decline within their own section (with a dropdown box). Once all reviews are complete, a final approver makes the decision. If the document is declined, we need it to automatically return to the supplier with comments, be amended, and then circulate again through the same approval order. We’re struggling to configure this kind of “approve/decline with re-route and comments” workflow after signing. is this possible natively in DocuSign, or does it require additional features? Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.

I have several brands within a company and I would like to set the BrandID dynamically via Apex based on some specific criteria. However, I could not find any documentation regarding setting BrandId via Apex. I tried asking AI about it and even found information suggesting that dfsle.Envelope API doesn't support setting brand IDs programmatically.Could you please confirm whether it is possible to set the BrandId programmatically? Hello,I am unable to start the identity verification required to sign a document via DocuSign due to a technical issue with the IDnow verification step.In the mobile IDnow app, the connection test immediately shows the message “You have NO connection - BAD” and stops. This occurs despite having a stable internet connection. I tested this on a smartphone using both Wi-Fi and mobile data, without VPN.On desktop, the identity verification step also cannot be completed: the “Connection speed test” screen does not progress and remains stuck (Chrome browser, tested with both Wi-Fi and mobile internet, all permissions granted for camera, microphone, and location, no browser extensions installed).Because of this issue, I am completely blocked from completing the legally required identity verification and therefore cannot proceed with signing the document.Additionally, I am currently unable to contact DocuSign support through the platform itself. A DocuSign account has already been created and successfully connected to Salesforce.However, when we try to add or use Salesforce merge fields while sending an envelope, we receive the following error:“This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields”The integration between DocuSign and Salesforce is active, but merge fields are not working. We are unsure if we are missing any required permissions, settings, or configuration on either the Salesforce side or within DocuSign for merge field access.We would like help identifying: Which Salesforce user DocuSign uses to resolve merge fields Any additional permissions or setup required for merge fields in a POC DocuSign account Please let us know what configuration or access is missing to resolve this issue.

I have been unable to fully open Docusign Rooms for almost two months. Tech support closed the case and said "Good Luck" but we can't help. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried every concievable fix to no avail.

Hi, I have a template docx where I want to put payment details with QR code image (different for each user).I’ve already tried all of the following (`payment_qr_code` = Base64 encoded image).And none of it displayed anything, it just prints the string/html tag. I use the https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/documentgeneration/updateenvelopedocgenformfields/ API.

I am trying to develop a Docusign integration with a dev account. After 20-30 envelopes the API just gives up with a permanent ENVELOPE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error. Not very helpful for a developer.The support live chat I can’t seem to get to do anything - click the button and nothing happens. Trying to login to support gives me an auth error. How can I contact support to get them to lift this limit. I’m on my second developer account already and I don’t want to keep creating them.Anyone know the email address for support or some way of sorting this?

Calling Login with https://www.docusign.net/api/3.0/credential.asmx fails with "One or both of Username and Password are invalid."  The Login call is made by using “[IntegratorKey]Username” as the username.This just started recently.  I was only made aware of it today, so it could have started today.  All my customers are down. Is it possible that the API has changed and I never received any emails? We got our Integrators Key in 2013 and have not made any changes to this code in quite a while.

I signed a document on DocuSign and sent it to others. They requested proof that it was signed by me. That is to say, the Completion Certificate document must have the email address and mobile phone number of the signatory. However, on my Completion Certificate document, only the email address is shown but not my mobile phone number. How should I operate during the signing process so that the mobile phone number is displayed on the Completion Certificate document? Thank you!    

Hi all, we had DocuSign Apps Launcher working on our test Salesforce sandbox. I’ve migrated to the User Acceptance Testing sandbox and am getting a ‘Page doesn’t exist - Enter a valid URL and try again’ when we click the ‘Send with DocuSign’.I’ve set up a new template on the UAT sandbox and that’s working, there’s a corresponding IK on my Apps & keys dashboard, so it’s connected to my dev account.The button is calling:{!URLFOR($Site.BaseUrl + '/apex/dfsle__sending', null, [sId = Farm_Visit__c.Id])}I’ve tried swapping out the /apex/… with endpoints for REST & SOAP to no effect. How do I put a text field into a document that all signers can see? It seems that only the signer who is assigned the text field can see it when they are signing, but other signers can't see it until after the doc is fully signed and completed.

I am working in Navigator’s sandbox environment and have signed several test envelopes with documents embedded in each of them. I believe those signed documents will appear in the agreements list, but there is no agreements to show. I have admin permissions and can see all agreements in Navigator.Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, Anyone having problems with the new version sharepointfororganization 4.2.1 ?After installing it in the app catalog it is available to install on your SharePoint site. When adding it to you sharepoint site it is installed succesfully on it but on the site it is not visible or possible to initiate Docusign. When you had a previous version installed on the site and you do an update it’s not a problem. So only when it’s a new installation it’s is not possible to use it after installation.
