everytime I go to initial my e signature appears in initials. How do I change that?

Basically, I do not want user to "Add Contact" or "Bulk Import". How to make sure these 2 buttons / functions are unavailable to the user?

The Sender of a PowerForm is listed as a recipient who Receives A Copy. Sometimes (but not EVERY time) she receives duplicate/multiple copies of the completed form. Why, especially if not ALWAYS?

I have so far got my old DocuSign account in a suspended mode, but i need to get the whole account purged. I dont seem to be able to get any support in this required activity. Is there a way to change the date field so that it shows just the day, month, or year, and also a time signed field without the signor actually having to type in the fields? For example, I have statement that reads "Accepted by all parties at _________ (am/pm) this ________ day of ________, 20____", where the time signed goes in the first field, and the rest should be something like '25th', 'August', and '23'. Thanks!

Hello, in the Workflow, at the "Send for Signature" step, the signature field goes at the bottom of the last page. I would like to put also the signature initials at the bottom of every page automatically.Is there a way to do that?Thanks!

I have tried multiple times to upload a template from another account to my new account. I do not have the upload option. See screenshot.

I can log in on my computer but cannot log in on my mobile apps on iPad and iPhone. I have reset the password but still cannot log in on my mobile but have no problem signing in on my computer. What is the problem and what is the solution?

I would like a signer to be able to choose options by creating a sequence of drop down boxes that have the choice of numbers 1-5, but if the signer chooses 1 for one option, then 1 is not an option for next choice. Is this possible?

i.e. when I upload several documents with multiple pages that need signatures at the end of each, I start adding the Signature and Date Signed fields then the right side of the page where the documents are all listed disappears and I cannot figure out how to get it to come back up. Unless I then delete something then it will reappear.

We're trying to ediit our w9 form so people either fill out their SSN or their TINI've been able to add a conditional rule where if one is filled out, the other would disappear, but not vise versa. it says that it's "unavailable. Field would create a conditional loop"

We are attempting to use the Outlook plugin to digatalize customers signing our Hire Agreements. We are using two different templates for the two different types of hire we offer. When the template is chosen DocuSign does not pickup the message text assigned to that template. The message text simply reads 'Please sign the document' as shown in the screenshots. It has been suggested by DocuSign to whitelist the IP addresses and the DocuSign domains. I have whitelisted the IP's provided to me in our firewall and added the domains, .docusign.net and .docusign.com to both the firewall and 365 admin config but the problem still persists. The Outlook plugin has been deployed from 365 admin. I have tried removing the plugin and deploying it again after making the changes in the firewall config and 365. T

Is it possible to send multiple doc to one signatory as well as each of the doc to counter signatory as part of one transaction? E.g. Director signs multiple docs as one transaction, then each doc gets sent to individual employees for signature (with employees only seeing the doc that was for them to sign, no other docs)?

on receipt of a signed envelope does the signer (customer) get a copy of the certificate of completion & signed document sent to them via docusign?

if a user account is closed and removed from all signing groups. Will the historical envelope usage report by group still show their usage while their account was active?

My document includes 3 signers. The first two have completed signing the document. I transposed the cell number for the last person. Can I correct the it and resend to the last signer? If I change it does it impact the first two signers?

If a document has been signed with DocuSign, can it also be signed with adobe afterwards (second signature)? As the Document has been signed via DocuSign, the PDF is only accessible in protected view, and therefor cannot be signed with Adobe.Does anyone know something about this?

Our AD team created a new user account instead of updating an existing account for a name change. My user is part of a signing group and wants to have her completed documents moved over to her new account, but I'm unable to find a way to complete this request. Thoughts?
