I received back a document that has already had 3 people sign, one email is incorrect. Hoe can I change it?I went to correct but it will not let me edit the clients email address, what am i not doing?

Anyone have an issues with envelopes being able to be open by anyone clicking on the link provided in the email and the signature appears as the original recipient? So basically able to sign as someone else? This is a serious concern and issue for my company. Anyone know why and how this is happening?   

i have an envelope that went to 2 different people, the first signer had no problem, the second signer cannot open the envelope 

We are utilizing esignature and had it integrated with SuccessFactors Recruiting System. However everytime an envelope or email is being sent to candidates, the email address of the admin is being shown.For Example:ADMIN HR<Email Address>Can this be removed?

Greetings! I’m hoping someone can assist.Here’s the situation: I’m one of my company’s DocuSign admins. A team I support recently reached out to me to say that they haven’t received any submissions from DocuSign for a few months. FYI: The submissions they receive are via PowerForms that our customers fill out at their leisure. When the customer has finished signing, DocuSign automatically sends an email notification with a copy of the completed envelope to the applicable internal email mailbox at my company. This process been working very well for us for several years now.Long story short on the root cause: I checked with our IT admin & they discovered the DocuSign emails were getting blocked on our end, but strangely only for this one mailbox (as far as we can tell so far). Hi, I’m an admin user for e-signature and CLM.  A colleague has been sending envelopes via e-signature without issue with an expiry of 4mths.   They have recently started in CLM and then progresses to esignature and the envelopes are now set at expiry at 10 days.  I advised to go into  advance options on each envelope to change the expiry but they aren’t authorised to make the changes.I then tried as an admin user and I have the same issue.   How can we go about changing this?  Other team members do not have this issue as theirs is set to a standard 4mths not 10 days.  User profiles are all the same for non admin users.

Is there a difference between a Web Form and a Powerform? I’m familiar with Powerforms, which I create from a Template. Ultimately, for this example, I don’t need signatures, just information - similar to a questionnaire. Does a web form make more sense?

Hello,Is there a way to make a field required when there are several options to choose from? In the screenshot above, they are required to choose one of the options, however how do I make this section a requirement without making just one of the check boxes required? 

Hi i am trying to create templates in DocuSign for contracts but the text box to fill in the details are not flexible eg- sometimes job title can be longer then the space created in contract to fill in the text box nd it over laps with with the text in background  is there any solution to it? currently our DocuSign is not synced with workday or any other system we just stared with e-signatures. Thank you!

hi i’ve received an email saying‘You must have your identity verified remotely by a certifying agent from the company IDnow, a DocuSign partner, then create a qualified electronic signature which will be stored in your personal IDnow account.’how do i go about doing this. any help much appreciated

I was the recipient of kba verification and know that I answered all the questions correctly. I was denied access because it said that I answered one or more questions wrong. Where does Docusign get their information about me? How can I get ahold of someone from Docusign to correct the information so someone else doesn’t get verified as myself?! I have lost credibility in this service. 

Within Monday.com, I am clicking the Item and then choosing to create the envelope for Docusign. This opens the Docusign window with my account signed in. Based on the tutorial on how to use the Monday.com Docusign app, I should be able to select from a Template or Upload a new document file. These are options I have if I log in to the native Docusign website under my account, but I don’t see when creating the envelope from Monday.com. Has anyone else had this issue before? My workaround currently is to discard the envelope temporarily created and then I can see the option to create a new envelope from a Template.  

Hi guys,is it possible to set an email notification for people who are in copy of an envelope (not signing) when first signer signed the document? We have different settings depending on type of document of who is signing first if us or the prospect and people in copy don't see the current status. Maybe if people in copy could access the Docusign/envelope status or they would need a seat? Thanks a lot! Kristýna

Hello,Is it possible to do the solution mentioned below through their API in bulk?Our Identity Provider is configured to use the email address as the NameID, for which DocuSign outlines the following solution for only one email at a time:1. Update the user's email address in the Identity Provider.2. In DocuSign, navigate to Org Admin > Users and search for the user by their current email address.3. Navigate to the Profile tab and update the current email to the new email.Note: The new email address must be on a domain managed by your Organization.4. Navigate to the Security tab and reset the user's Federated ID.5. Click Save at the bottom of the page".However, we are not able to change each email account manually.Any help would be appreciated it. Thanks in advance,Marybi    

Hi,I’m currently creating envelops and requesting users to sign the document on our website using Embedded signing and node sdk.I was wondering if I have no pdfs document to sign but still want to show the pdf to the user, is there a tool or any docu sign library that can help me render a simple pdf in the website? (just like Embedded signing can render the document).

I want to use the REST API to get identify the licensed users and their email addresses.  I can get the users by using the Organziation REST API or the accounts REST API. Which one is the correct one to use:/restapi/v2/accounts/<accountID>/users gives me the user in the accountwhile'/Management/v2/organizations/<OrgID>/users?account_id=<accountId> also gives me the users  Since I have to specify the account ID in both cases i don’t really see an advantage to one over the other… Thoughts?One reason i am leaning towards the /restapi/v2/accounts call is that i could also get the bilingPlan information. 

Even though I went into the settings and turned off email notifications for viewed, I’m still getting multiple emails (I’m an admin and an individual sender). Pls help! I’m getting inundated with 3+ notifications for each envelope I send out - which is a lot.

We would like to change the email address for all account users,The firstname.secondname@ remains the same for all, it is just the @xxx.com part that is changing (xxx only). Is this possible for me to action, if not, can DocuSign on our behalf?We need this actioned asap.Kind regards,Priscilla.
