Hi everyoneI just paid for an annual subscription for Docusign and plan to claim the cost from my employer. I can see the invoice, but not a receipt acknowledging the payment. Can anyone help me find this? Dave 

Dear all,I am currently using DocuSign to request signatures on a document that requires input from three recipients. I would like to set up the document so that it is considered complete as soon as two out of the three recipients have signed it. Could you please provide guidance on whether this is possible and how to configure it?Specifically, I am looking for information on the following:How to configure a document so that, out of three recipients, only two signatures are needed for the document to be automatically completed.Whether this feature is available with the standard DocuSign functionality or if additional settings or a specific plan are required.I would appreciate your assistance with the methods and procedures to achieve this setup. If additional information is required or if this feature is available under a specific plan, please let me know.

Hello, I ordered it sequentially in the locusign and sent it, but it keeps changing to the simultaneous signature. How do I solve this problem?

I'm wondering if you could guide me through a process to tackle a challenge I've on the table.I want to fill in a DocuSign Contract and send it to the concern customers. The issue I've been facing so far is that upon selecting "Send a Document from Template to Sign" module of DocuSign in Make.com, I can't see the custom fields that the particular Template appears to have.There are certain custom fields that I want to fill in with a data source (G Sheets) and there are some other custom fields that I want my customers to fill in. i.e. Address, Company Name etc. Did anyone face this kind of issue and able to solve it without using any other automation tool? i.e. Zapier etc 

Can the creator of the docusign file add another attachment/page to the envelope after the envelope has already been sent for signing and has been signed by a more than half of those whose signatures are required?  

I am trying to modify the eSignature resource template and update it to include the user’s title and company. I noticed that the merge tags for Sender Name and email are “[[Data:SenderName]]” and “[[Data:SenderEmail]]”. Where can I find the tags for the user’s “Company” and “Title” from their profile? 

I recently renewed my annual subscription and had to update my payment card.  When I checked my statement, I realized that I had been double billed.  I called Customer Service and they told me that I had purchased an additional seat. Which is not something that I wanted.  When I asked for a refund, I was told that they cannot give me a refund for the double billing but only receive credit for next year.  This was less than 30 days ago and I’m very unsatisfied that Docusign will not process a refund for something that is obviously an error.

I got this “Docusign Submission Failed” when trying to submit ZipForm to docusign. There was no problem before as late as 2 weeks ago. There’s been no change to my Docusign login, or ZipForm login/setting. I have unlinked and re-link docusign again from Zipform successfully. Please help to get this going again.Thanks,

I need to review and initial three options on a “completed” document. How do I do that?

HelloI have formulas that total prices on a templateI’d like to present the result as a price -- ie with a currency symbol up front.I can hack this by adding a $ into the underlying template PDF or doc.. but I’m hoping there is a simple way to tell the formula field to prepend a $ to the number.Thank you in advance-barak

Hello!I was sent a contract to sign, that I have managed to sign with the docusign signature. However, there is an obligated “validation field” or “box” that I can not sign with any letters or numbers. How do I sign this?

Our Company deleted a user when she resigned, are we able to view the documents that was sent through her DocuSign or was that deleted along with her profile? 

I have a question about the initial DocuSign screen shown before the form opens. This screen has the heading ‘PowerForm Signer Information’ and requires the new user to input their name and email. Below this, my organization has already placed our preferred department name and department email for receiving these forms from customers.Most customers fill in their own name and email on top, ignore the departmental name and email (recipient) and click ‘Begin Signing’ to safely navigate to the form. Others, bless their hearts, replace the already filled in recipient name and email with something else -- often their own email again -- and then wonder why we never received their form.Is their a way for us to either A) Hide the recipient email so they can’t see it or B) ‘grey out’ the recipient email field so they can see it but can’t change it?Yes, yes, I know, they ‘should’ be able to tell that an already filled-in departmental email for the department they’re doing

How do I replace a page in an existing template?

Hi all,  I see a number of questions like mine but with some conflicting answers.  Question is...if I choose “bulk send” in the “recipients” section of the envelope, will any recipients be able to see the names of the other recipients in that bulk send.  We have a document that we need signed by about 60 people, but our intention is not to share the names of the 59 people with the one viewing their individual version.   Thanks!

How to change the ‘title’ of a recipient in the address book (to correct autofill)? The ‘autofill’ is wrong (old title). Please advise. 

I am stuck in a situation at work. I was offered a new position, and was sent an offer letter 2 days ago. That offer was for 55k. HR and my manager signed that document, I did not as I sent a counteroffer. This morning, I was sent a document for 53k. I questioned the salary drop, and HR is stating that it has always been 53k. When I asked for the document from 2 days ago, they told me it is expired and they do not have access to it. How can I get a copy of the document from 2 days ago? I do not trust that HR will send me the original document. I 100% know that after the original document was signed for 55k, they went back and changed it to 53k and now are stating that they dont have access to it. 

I must be stupid because I cannot find anywhere how to correct an email address of a contact.  For example, I sent an envelope to an incorrect email address.  I was notified that the email address was no good.  I went i and corrected the envelope with the correct address, however, the incorrect address is the only one that shows up in my contacts database. 

Hi! We are using Nintex and Docusign. I am trying to use Document custom field tags to capture Date Signed field. Is it possible to auto populate a date field which is 2 years prior to Date Signed custom field?I tried creating a new Document custom field with the formula AddYears(\datesigned\,-2) but it does not seem to be working.Any help is appreciated.Thank you

We’ve got a user that is unable to void an envelope. Attached is what they’re seeing, and circled in red is where they should have buttons called Resend or More, the More option allowing them to void it.  The user, Jayne, is managing envelopes on behalf of Kelly. The envelope is in a Waiting for Others status so we would expect Jayne to be able to void. Why is this not appearing?

I have one end-user who is having an issue sending to multiple recipients. When they follow the steps to add multiple signers and set a signing order everything works up until they hit send. Is there a way to have DocuSign send an email to a specific email address if a submission fails to be delivered using the DocuSign API?
