I sent a document for signatures, including my own and received the completion email notification. I then sign in and download, however when I try to open the document, I get an error “We can't open this file, something went wrong”. I have never come across this.

I have set up a rule using the docusign add in for Google Drive so that completed employment contracts are saved directly into google drive but it will not allow me to select the file path in the google drive and is saving everything in the initial folder location.How do i drill down so that saved documents go into a specific file path?

I have a use case where I need parallel approval on a document. The Approvers all belong to separate groups, I wanted to iterate through the groups and create Approval Steps for each group. What I can’t seem to figure out is how to wait for all the approvals to complete so that we can analyse the outputs and decide whether we need to send the document back or proceed. 

When a document has been signed by everyone it has been sent to, do they get a copy of the final signed document or do I need to download it and email it to them?

I have a use case, in which I need to generate an envelope with a document to sign, once generated collect the URL of the document to sign and return it in my Apex function (this URL is retrieved by another external service), once the customer has signed the document I need to attach it in Salesforce in the customer file. I need to do all this using the ApexToolkit.

Hello,I originally signed up for a reoccurring payment plan.I no longer want this plan and it is overdue resulting in my plan being suspended.I want to downgrade to the free plan.But there is no button for me to do that…..possibly because my account is suspended.How do I downgrade to the free plan with a suspended account? Thanks, Jeremy

Is it true that branding for emails and the standard signing flow is set up through the DocuSign account settings, and that branding for the Focused View (embedded signing) is configured programmatically via API? Additionally, is it correct that the branding for emails is not reused by the Focused View and that these are separate configurations? Thanks!

Hi, I have sent an agreement that has 4 directors whom also need to assign a witnesses. I’ve had 3 directors and witnesses sign the agreement, lets call them A, B, & C directors and witnesses. I have just been informed the fourth director’s (director D) email address is incorrect. Do directors A.B & C need to resign the document if I update director D’s email address?

How can i get a link to the envelope task in the email body so that people that are assigned to the task can go right to the task or to the document?

I have a document that has several ss numbers on it.  Can I mask those numbers so signers cannot see them but once the document is signed I can remove the masking? 

Mid-May 2024, I created a template for my company. While creating this template, I was pleasantly surprised by a new template editor! There were features that were _huge_ improvements:It allowed me to dynamically edit and format the text. (The source was an imported Word doc). It gave me a new type of field. It was a field that modified the document prior to sending for signing. For my use-case, it gave me the ability to add points to an attached schedule prior to sending. Once a template was created, the experience flowed as follows: “Use template” (as normal) Assign the names and emails to who it’s getting sent to (as normal) Edit the dynamic fields defined in the template. Void, along with other items, are showing but not declined to sign on a signature page.the resource file has it as true  <data name="DocuSign_DeclineAllow">true</data>.

I have integrated the DocuSign.eSign.dll into my ASP.NET Web API application, and I am sending documents for signature via emails. Once the documents are signed, I plan to download them.However, I am unsure which subscription plan is best suited for my needs. HelloWe accidentally set a retention period, which means that many documents will soon be deleted. The retention period has now been reset, but the documents still have the status that they are being deleted. How can that be repaired?

All of a sudden, all the documents we had in dev stopped working and throw the following error: Something went wrong. Try again later. Important: The ones in production do work. Hi everyone,I’m on a trial and have sent out a few contracts to be signed successfully however this message just popped up:The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded. ** found that I’ve exceeded envelopes by only sending out less than 10!  Crazy!  Any way around this.  Trial for 30days and I’ve exceed it on the first day.  Seems pointless and no way of actually contacting Support either by phone or chat.Appreciate your help! CheersNatasha

(Basic free plan)   Can you as the sender, opt out of receiving a copy of the signed document?  Because we sending forms that require SS#, I'd rather upload the document from our Docusign account.  An email always includes an attachment of the signed document that includes all of the sensitive information

I’m having problems uploading documents from our OneDrive. I’d like to have all forms uploaded for easier access.

I have a situation where I have a radio button group of 5 radio items, lets call them option A, B, C, D, E, F.At the bottom of the page, I have 50 fields, such as checkboxes, text boxes, etc. I would like to setup a condition so that the 50 fields show up to the user ONLY when the user checks Option C at the top. With your current conditional logic tools, I can show those 50 fields based on 1 radio button choice, but in this scenario, I would like to hide the 50 fields based on Option C, and show them based on Options A, B, D, E, F.Please assist as I cannot find anything on this topic so far. Hey is there a way to change the Emailadress in the “answer to” field when sending out a contract to sign? or disable the “answer to” completely?The Email I have registered is our companies general Order mail. All emails for the contracts should go to and from a specific email.

Hello, I need to sign the same document in three different capacities, meaning three different signatures for me including one under a power of attorney for a relative.  But when I click on and open the document, my Docusign signature defaults to the one I use for myself and not the one I have adopted that includes a POA designation typed after my name.  I don’t get an option to select which of my three signatures to use when I first open the doc.  How can I toggle between the three signatures, as appropriate?  Thank you for helping!
