I have a listener set up to consume docusign events but it is failing to connect with the lambda sending a message failed to connect to the remote server, any idea why and what could be the solution? Exception in EnvelopeIntegration.RunIntegration::: Error - Unable to connect to the remote server;

I am unable void envelope using envelope sdk java. It asks me to add purge state which status is Sent. when I am using the static workflow id, I am getting INVALID_WOKRFLOW_ID but this one was working earlier. Thanks

I already app one app live in Docusign prod, now i am pushing one more app from Docusign demo account to Docusign prod that is connected to different SF instance & usecase is little different, since my prod account is common for both apps what other think would remain common like the API account id, user Id & just the integration key would be different, is it correct understanding?

Hi All, About the new version to Integration with M-Files, I have a problem with authenticate the user ID on M-Files Admin, I added the correct user and password, but appears an error with password or ID. Somebody know if is a API problem ?

I am using a template created with DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce.  The recipients are dynamic and have contact records in Salesforce.  The template is referencing an object that has a lookup to the contact in Salesforce.  The Salesforce default email address is in a standard field called Email and the template uses that email address for the send.Is it possible to set the field that the template references to a field other than the standard Email field in Salesforce?Thanks for your help!Scott

In the case where documents are sent to Receiver1 and Receiver2 (signing order) for completion and signature, if Receiver1 fills out, signs, and submits the documents, can Receiver1 still edit the text after submission if Receiver2 has been notified to sign and has opened the documents but has not yet signed and submitted them?

Hi:I am a new Admin for our DocuSign account and I have a question regarding the e-mail notifications we get letting us know that there is a new document for us to review/sign off on.  Regardless of who initiates a request, when the notification arrives in our Gmail inbox, it says it is from “XXX via DocuSign,” where XXX is an employee who used to actually be in my position but is no longer with our company (I am the person who replaced XXX).  Does anyone know how to go in and change that?  In a perfect world, I’d like it to say that it is from whomever originates the requisition, but if they have to all appear to be from me, I can live with that.  I just don’t know how to get rid of/change the name of the person who is no longer with us.  I just went in and saw that his profile was active, so I closed it about 10 minutes ago.  But, as I have been typing this, I received another email, and it still said it was from XXX, so I am at a loss.Any guidance/help that any

Hi,I am getting below error “ANCHOR_TAB_STRING_NOT_FOUND” (The specified Anchor Tab string was not found in the document. Anchor Tab String "\SignHere58105\" not found. Anchor Tab String "\SignHere58110\" not found.) Although I can see these strings on the document.  

I got in touch with Docusign support over two weeks ago flagging that some envelopes were not being received by recipients. Support immediately came back to me explaining some email notifications have “gotten stuck” and they could force trigger the envelopes I’d flagged.I replied saying yes to please do that, and that there are more envelopes failing to send. Since then, the envelopes have still not been received by recipients (even the ones initially flagged), and despite my numerous attempts to get through to support I am now being ignored.Case reference number 13897015 in case anyone can help.

Hi Doc-u-sign Community I need help, my company had a brand change and we chnaged emails mid doc-u- sign contract that was sent out. We updated all emails and log in and my client keeps getting reminders to sign a doc-u-sign that was through our old account. We can not log into that account anymore to cancell the reminders and she keeps getting the reminders to her email. any help appreciated. 

Hello,       I have the plan for 3 seats. I am the administrator and have 1 other user. I sent the link to the other user and he has created the username and password. He sent his first envelope and after doing so at the top of the screen it stated that “you only have 2 more sends”. Shouldn’t they have access to the 300 Envelopes to send? Is there something that I need to do as the administrator so that they have access to their full amount of envelopes?

How do you indicate where a recipient is to specifically sign?  I know I can use Set Signing Order, but recipients are signing wherever they think they should sign.  Even signing a document twice.

Hello,I received a form to sign via email, to an email address that also has a DocuSign account attached. I signed the form directly, however, before logging in. I then logged in and noticed that the form is still in my dashboard/Inbox and shows that I have to sign it - the “Sign” button is active. If I click through, either the title or the Sign button, I see that the form is signed - and has since been completed by the sender, even. The sender has told me it looks completed from their end. But for me, it still shows in my Inbox as “Need to sign.”How do I fix this?
