I am sending a document using a DocuSign template and template ID. I need to include a clickable link, such as a Privacy Policy, in the document. I have added the link in the document, but it is not clickable while the signer is reviewing and signing the document. The link only becomes clickable after the document is signed and completed. How can I make the hyperlink clickable during the signing process itself?

can we create sub accounts under one account for different user in docusign so document uploaded by client of sub accounts client is only visible to them.Basically The challenge is related to managing finalized DocuSign documents for multiple clients. Currently, all completed documents and notifications are sent to the main email address associated with the DocuSign account .The goal is to find a solution that allows you to send these documents to different email addresses, depending on which client or account the documents are associated with. Instead of creating a separate DocuSign account for each client—which could be cumbersome and inefficientThese service accounts would enable you to direct finalized documents to the appropriate email addresses, thereby streamlining the process and enhancing organization without the need for multiple accounts. This approach would allow client to receives their relevant documents directly. 

When the user clicks on the finish button after signing the document, I want to show a pop up message while staying on the page. Is it possible to do? 

I’m currently using a Powerform for exception handling for procurement (users are to complete the powerform if they will be waiving the procurement competitive bid process). Our users are asking if there is a way to included custom wording in each email message when it goes out for signature, specific to the waiver request. It doesn’t appear that can be done, nor can private messages be included to the signatory. Can someone advise of any workarounds or alternatives? 

Hello, I am having issues getting verified based on my passport.  I have tried many different things from clearing cache, to using wifi vs data, using different phones, computer combinations.  Nothing is working.  Here is the history log that I get.  Does anyone have any ideas what else I can suggest the sender to do to make this work?  Thank you. Hello,I am executing the endpoint https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature%20impersonation&client_id=5a4a5c68-492f-4edc-a66c-ef2f88b17af8&redirect_uri=http://localhost, which returns an encoded code. However, when I input this code into the JWT site, it fails to decode the PAYLOAD section. I use this code to add to the assertion and use the link https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token to request the token, but it is unsuccessful, resulting in the following error:{ "error": "invalid_grant", "error_description": "user_not_found" } I would like to know how I can resolve this situation.

On power automate flows, can I add placeholder values to the tabs the user has to fill in?  

I’m new to DocuSign so bear with me.To follow HMLR rules I will send a document to a customer to sign and have witnessed. However the completion date will need be left blank until sometime later. What is the best way to achieve this to ensure the conveyancer adds the date? All of our DocuSign user email addresses currently use the @OldCompany.com domain, and we need to update them to @newcompany.com.We have not yet created an Organization or claimed the @OldCompany domain. Is it possible to use the Bulk User Edit option to update the email addresses? Additionally, we need to ensure that all documents sent from @OldCompany.com remain accessible under @newcompany.com.Could someone provide guidance on the steps we should take to achieve this?ThanksVino

Use Case:We send out “application” forms from our Contact record in Salesforce. The document attached to the envelope is a tagged template, to be completed by the recipient. With Connect we are populating the form fields back into the Contact record in Salesforce, and the completed document is attached to the record as a Content File. We have a custom field on Content File which is used to categorize attachments that is currently maintained manually after the document is attached.  Question:Is it possible to populate the custom field on the Content File record that is created when the envelope documents are attached back into Salesforce?  Where would we set up the custom field value as it would be different for each document we send out for completion. 

Hi everyone,I’ve been using Docusign without pb for couple of years, without changing our way to using it : we have a few global templates saved, that we personnalize for each customer through fields filling before sending them (for ex, a general renting contract, with the rental period not filled in advance but with a field to fill in by us before sending to customer).But today, as I wanted to personnalize some fields of a contract for a customer, I can’t do it anymore : the option “review” that allowed us to fill in  fields before sending isn’t available anymore, I can only SEND or SEND LATER.Advanced options and advanced edit don’t allow any editing.Thank you for your help ! (image removed due to personal information on it)

I have uploaded my CSV file using the CSV template.  I’ve left some fields empty because I don’t know what they are for.  But one field - Requestor::First Name is not coming through and even though I accept the matching exception, I end up with an error message after I do. The names in the First Name column match the first names that are also included in the Name column...not sure what I am missing.

We are using the docusign API to create an envelope. Our system uses a 254 character maximum for email length (per the limit specifeid by the IETF). We are receving ther following exception from the CreateEnvelope function of the docusign API: “Cannot set column ‘Email’. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column.” Is there anyway to increase the MaxLength limit for email address?

can we use existing checkboxes of pdf document to enable the fields while doing docusign in docusign editor using c# with out adding any additional fields on pdf form like signhere tabs. It should not add any new fields on the pdf existing fields position. Please help me on this, we are trying to enable the existing pdf fields to edit the form when the user is signing the form using docusign editor. Please find the screenshot.  

I created a new APP in my DocuSign Developer account. When I try to connect it to my website I get the following error message:Error while requesting server, received a non successful HTTP code with response Body: {“error”: “invalid_grant”, “error_description”: “issuer_not_found”} For the type of connection I am needing I had to generate code grant I used the Private Code Grant, I followed the detailed step by step with the help of the video and then I gave consent to the user. But anyway I still get the error.I had already generated this connection with other apps and it worked successfully. Can you help me please?

Signatories do not receive a copy of signed documents when the documents are completed, they just receive a notification that the document was executed, how to send them copies of the documents they signed-off, not all of them?

Dear Team,I simply want to get signatures of few of my colleagues on a pdf form which had fillable fields. I have already filled the fields and strictly want them to only be able to read and sign the pdf document. but as I upload that pdf document and add recipients and press Next button (in the bottom). I land inside my documents. I see that my form fields have become editable for all the recipients and lots of additional fillable text fields gets added in the form. I didn’t expect this behavior from DocuSign platform. I just want the recipients to be able to read and sign at the place I place sign-holder for them. I search net to find solution of this issue. I only came across a thread about adding AutoPlace holder. where in the questioner clearly requested for solution to completely disable auto populating field feature of DocuSign. I tried but failed. I am totally confused as this doesn’t resolve my issue. Please try to help me in the easiest way poss

I opened a billing ticket for being overbilled and cannot get anyone at docusign to update the ticket or call me as requested multiple times!  Does their support even exist anymore?  Do I have to cancel my account? 

When a signer “declines to sign”, other recipients are sent a notification that is has been declined by someone, but the reason itself is sent only to the sender. Is there a way to ensure recipients also receive this notification? Particularly interested as we use powerforms, meaning the sender can be a generic user and not the true “sender” Thanks
