Web Forms

Student participation no-show reported in error. This needs to be corrected wi the Change of Enrollment Form which is not easy to find in DocuSign. Please advise ASAP 

Hello- I have a credit application in a Word doc and I'd like to use DocuSign for applicants to fill it out vs sending them a Word doc to fill out & email back. However, we cannot change the application at all so don't think we can use Web Forms.

With Web Forms can you enable account rules to kick off another signing ceremony? Currently with our powerform if a certain question is answered "eligible", it will automatically send another template to a specific recipient from the powerform.

I created a template requiring users to drop in an attachment file. Upon converting the template into a web form, I learned that the template filed requiring each user to submit a document did not translate to the Webform. Does anybody know if this feature is operable via Webforms? This field worked when I tested as a Powerform, but not as a Webform. Does anybody have guidance re the Webform route, or is it just not possible today?Thank you in advance!

Parameters can be included in the URL to an envelope to prepopulate template fields. Is there an equivalent means for prepopulating Web Form fields?

I created a Web form with an existing template. Can anyone let me know how to setup a conditional attachement depending on what the user chose in Web form? Same question for a conditional signature depending what input information. For example if a payor exist then I want the payor to sign the form. If not, then no payor signature required. The conditional attachment and conditional signature can be setup in the template. But, I can't find any documentation on how to do that in Web form.
