Introducing… Docusign Workspaces! This new IAM capability allows you to create a single space for all of the documents, envelopes, and messages that support a single transaction.For example, maybe you are preparing a new application for a customer. They are applying for an account at your financial institution. You could create a Workspace for the customer’s application. In that Workspace, you can request the customer to upload necessary documents for their application, message internal colleagues regarding the status of the customer’s application, and prepare the necessary envelopes for signature. Everything is all together in a single Workspace!To create a workspace, head to your Agreements tab > Workspaces

Did you know thatThere may be situations where you as the sender may not know who the eventual signer of a document will be. In this scenario you may want to use an Advanced Recipient action such as Specify Recipient.   When creating an envelope, you will be able to assign someone the Specify Recipients action, they will receive your envelope and fill in the name and email address for any role recipients.  Take a look at this Trainer Tip video where we explain how to set up the Specify Recipients action  Additional Resources:For more information

Ever wonder who can see and manage content in Docusign CLM? Anyone with the CLM Admin permission profile can see and manage ALL content within your Docusign CLM account. Beyond that, permissions can be set on folders within CLM.Security can be set based off the individual user (ex: John Doe can access this folder, but Jane Doe cannot), permission profile (ex: CLM Users can access this folder, but CLM Viewers cannot), or user group (ex: users in the Legal group can access this folder but users in the Sales group cannot). Out of the three options, setting security based on the user group is our best practice.
