Docusign Admin

When I click the ‘Use’ button on a template, it says ‘Unable to create the envelope’.I’m not sure what to do, as the document size is only 3 megabytes and I’m the admin and only user within this workspace.I also noticed this error in the request, but I’m not sure what the custom tab is referring to:{    "errorCode": "CUSTOMTAB_IS_INCOMPLETE",    "message": "A Custom Tab is not Complete. A Custom Tab requires both a Name and a TabLabel. Radio tabs may only have one radio selected in a group."}  

I am shocked that Docusign doesn’t have a check mark option that is more simple. When selecting the check box that can be dragged it shows a check mark in it that is removed once the box is placed.  Please provide an actual check that I can drag to where I need it. You are making it much to difficult!! I would also just like to ask a question instead of having to create a post. i want Docusign to answer and solve my question when I need help.

I am an administrator and need a report showing all sign pending envelopes of the company, not only those I am in the workflow. I must also know which user the worklfow is at and since when (date/hour).

Hi, we have the Standard account, which should include the Custody Transfer function. However, I cannot locate this function on the Admin section. 

 I’ve purchased the standard plan from the website—does that mean the branding function is also unavailable? 

I'm trying to set up an Organization Account within my DocuSign Developer Account, but I'm unable to locate the option in the UI. Could you provide a step-by-step guide or point me to the right section in the admin settings?

Can you help me identify what type of account this is and guide me on how to recreate it? 

Since two weeks I get the following message when I want to correct an envelope: 'The envelope was sent wihtout digital signature. The signature type cannot be corrected'.I then have to invalidate the envelope and send a copy....I have never had this and have not tinkered with my settings. Where does this message come from and how do I turn it off?

Something went wrong. The response signature failed cryptographic validation.We have downloaded the metadata xml from the url in our organization.I was able to extract the authN verification and encryption (the same docusign cert) and set them correctly in our sso idp provider connection.The signer cert has been uploaded to the docusign organization configuration/certificates; and set correctly on the idp.How do we get to the docusign logs for our organization to see what is the issue? Instead of guessing with attributes, formats, certificates, urls/uri’s. Thanks for looking.

I’ve been experiencing some issues during the onboarding process, so I previously reached out to onboardingreadiness@docusign.com for assistance. When I try to click "Request 1:1 Guidance", I get an "Unable to log in" message. As we are currently using a Success Pack, I was hoping to receive more timely support. 

I’m sending envelopes through Power Automate using the Microsoft DocuSign Connector. The connection uses a dedicated technical user, which has full Account Administrator permissions in DocuSign. I’m logged in to DocuSign with this exact account and trying to view sent/storned/completed envelopes via the Reports section — both in My Reports and the Administrator Dashboard.However, no envelopes are showing up, even though I can confirm they’re being successfully sent and exist in the system. Filters are cleared, correct environment is used (production, not demo), and the connection setup works correctly. Has anyone seen this before?Could this be due to specific report visibility settings, connector behavior, or known limitations of the Microsoft Power Automate integration? Any advice or direction is appreciated — thanks!

Contact your system administrator.We have verified the configuration in DocuSign and it looks to be good.Login as Admin and verify no setting missing at dousing, also, we have verified at our end no change still unable to identify the cause. Please do provide your input on this.

Hi, I am looking to reclaim and close old accounts associated with the claimed domain of our organization account. However, they are all paid accounts and cannot be closed. How can I claim these accounts when the original owners are no longer part of the organization and their emails don't exist anymore? Thank you.

Hi all,We have configured a DocuSign Enterprise App in Entra. SSO is already working but now I have tried to configure the provisioning and here I am facing a problem. The problem is the switch expression that is needed to assign the correct permission profile to the DocuSign users.In the first step we configured for 2 of the groups a role in the App registration. Then we assigned this role to the groups Now its the step where we have a problem. If we open the expression build and copy the expression from the official guide we always get a NULL as output. The user that we are using for the test is assigned to Entra group Advanced so there should be a result shown. The role Advanced

I need to know how to reach a human to refund the auto-renewal I was charged on March 6 even though I cancelled my account more than 30 days before renewal. Since I cancelled and got moved to an unpaid plan, I can’t open a case. Nor can I chat with a human online. 

For a Business pro account,How is the cost broke down?Is it 480 per year per user?480 per year for the company?If it is per company there a specific amount of users allotted?

Within templates, the function to replace a document is greyed out for a DS Sender on our account.  As an administrator how do I to give permission to a DS Sender User to be able to replace. In the Admin section I see how to change profile permissions and clicked the template settings but see everything except "replace".  Can anyone please advise how to do this?  Thanks

Hello Everyone, I am a newbie to Docusign Admin and have requirements to support two department teams, HR and Finance, in my org to begin using DocuSign to facilitate form signing. There are the following security requirements: Any HR staff can create/edit envelopes, and they have access to other envelopes created by other HR staff.   HR users have their envelopes that are not seen/accessible by the finance team and vice versaI have created the envelope templates for HR and finance, but my challenge is with the next step and setup the security model that meets the above requirements. Can anybody guide me on the detailed steps for this configuration? I know that I have to use folders and security groups, but your help is much appreciated.  Thanks

Hi - following on from a previous query regarding change of domain, we have a similar challenge. On 17 March, we became Hampden Bank - our new registered address is (redacted) will be our trading name and our legal name will remain as Hampden & Co plc.DocuSign will have our current details as, hence that needs to be updated.As a part of the change, our email addresses have changed i.e.************** becomes *****************We obviously need any historic docs to be saved and we need any envelopes which started life with the previous email address to still be accessible from either email address.Your guidance please. Thank you.

I am currently using a DocuSign developer account for testing and integration purposes, and I would like to enable the SMS delivery feature within the account. However, I am not seeing the option to activate it in my settings.Could you kindly assist me in enabling the SMS feature so I can continue testing this functionality as part of my integration?

Hi,we have claimed our domain, and enabled the Microsoft Authentication.The authenticated users are now synced by Microsoft Azure.Unfortunately some users had setup “personal” accounts with their company mail.I have read about the option to close these accounts, but this does not work. So, i signed up to Docusign today, and I need an approveal button. So I need to upgrade my plan to business standard, ok. I upgrade, and the button is still not available. Well thats a bit disingenious, so I upgrade to business pro, and get my approval button (eventually). Then I go about creating a contract, i need to get out today. And Now the emails will not send, to valid and working email addresses. And THEN, i find out my 400+ year a plan on Business Pro will NOT allow me to raise support cases. So tell me, how does one run a business without support despite paying these fees. Oh, this is bad, very bad service and experieince. But if any admins are moderating, please tell me how to get emails working, so I can meet my deadline today (And keep my business and customers happy)
