Hello,We received a reminder from DocuSign about Microsoft sunsetting the old SharePoint Online connector on April 2, 2026, and that migration is required to avoid service disruption.We have tried to work through this ourselves, but we have not been able to complete the migration successfully. We would like to make use of the complimentary consultation with a DocuSign expert, as mentioned in the communication we received.However, despite contacting DocuSign multiple times by email (already twice), we have not received any response.Could someone from DocuSign please advise on:how we can get in touch with the right team, how to schedule the complimentary consultation, and what the best migration path is between the organisation-wide connector and the new site-level connector?We want to make sure this is resolved well before April 2, 2026 to avoid any service issues.Thank you in advance.

I have an envelope that requires two documents to be attached. I have trained an AI model (outside of docusign) to validate the attachments. I need to extract the attached documents as two individual PDF’s.I have tried the List_documents_from_an_envelope action, but it does not include the attachments. e.g. this document requires up to three attachments.  The signed download PDF contains two documents  Doc 11 - Certificate request2 - Attachment 1 3 - Attachment 2Doc 21 - Certificate when I use the list documents action, I can only see the original form, and the certificate. Thi

I have a user trying to log into the latest version of DocuSign from a SharePoint Document library and getting the following error, “ClientSecretCredential authentication failed” I am able to log in without any error messages.

We have been setting up a new SharePoint library for contracts and using the SP integration. When I and a couple of other users test it, it returns the doc the source folder/document set.  We are using Document Sets but works the same for folders.Our main user however gets signed docs returned to the root folder. DS site says it’s a know issue. Docusign documentationAnyone found a fix yet?  

Hello,Some time ago I’ve developed a Power Automate flow to automatically send envelopes by using template and to a specific recipients. Few days ago I’ve noticed, that flow suddenly started to fail due to the error message: I was not changing anything in Power Automate at all. It just stopped working. I do not have access to the subscription admin panel, but I can guide our administrator to verify what’s wrong. What should I do? What’s the issue? Templates are shared with the account what is being used to send the documents and were before. I can see them during the action configuration, but I can’t use them any longer.

Hello, Anyone having problems with the new version sharepointfororganization 4.2.1 ?After installing it in the app catalog it is available to install on your SharePoint site. When adding it to you sharepoint site it is installed succesfully on it but on the site it is not visible or possible to initiate Docusign. When you had a previous version installed on the site and you do an update it’s not a problem. So only when it’s a new installation it’s is not possible to use it after installation.

Hello there,i have installed the DocuSign Integration for Dynamics 365 via App Source. I have enabled Oauth and Sharepoint. The Documents are availabe. Now when trying to “Sign with DocuSign” or “Get Signatures” I get the follwig Error: 0x80040265 Error in CreateEnvelopeOAuth. I’ve acquired the new signing certificate for Docusign and SSO, however I am unable to sign in to the portal as admin to apply the new certificate because of the above issue.This is affecting a lot of our users, and we’ll work to create a contingency for future reference, however I desperately need help now.Is there anyone from Docusign Technical Support that can assist?Many thanks,Shaun

Hello, We are experiencing issues with Docusign connection to Dynamics 365 CRM dropping off and requiring manual intervention to connect the 2 again, typically after a period of time where users are noticing documents are not sending. It’s not very often but often enough that it’s becoming a bit annoying for all involved when it happens. I have not seen any reason for the connection dropping, no passwords are changed and re-connecting is simply going to the Docusign settings in CRM and pressing “Connect”What we really need is some form of alert to us to tell us when the connection has been lost so that we can avoid delays, is there any way to implement this?

We are trying to setup SCIM connector for DocuSign in Entra for user provisioning and de-provisioning however when while testing the ‘connection after copying the relevant into (Base/tenant URL and token) to Entra, the test connection is failed with error “Your application is not reachable” (reference snip attached).Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

I have seen lot of questions around this like 1 year ago (some 6 months ago), but just want to check if that’s still not possible.I have requirement to send envelope as(Sender/From) different users/email addresses (changes dynamically based on certain conditions) and do not want sender to appear as user who makes the power automate connection.Is this possible? or still limitation?

Sending two or more documents per envelope to a single signer.  They must sign the documents in a specific order.  Doc#2 cannot be available for signing until they have signed Doc #1, etc.  Any Ideas?  I’m using Power Automate because it’s a more complicated flow.  I have everything else but this piece of the puzzle.  Any ideas?

Hi community...as an admin, is there a super quick way to find details on an envelope ID without running a report...in other words, I have an envelope ID...can I enter that within the platform to find all associated details WITHOUT having to run an envelope report and look within that download? Hi everyone,I want to add multiple documents to one envelope. Each Document should only be signed once. Since all documents are duplicated from a template and I came up with the ideo of using a specific document propertie as signature anchor. But in my tests this did not work. (When I am using the same anchor in each document, each document has to be signed as often as documents are in the envelope)Has anyone an idea why this does not work or how it could work?Thank you all in advance.Best regardsJens

Hello,  I am trying to use PowerAutomate and Docusign to complete an action of filling in a document created in Docusign Word Template Assistant, based on SharePoint data, and then send this completed for signing.  The workflow runs, but each time, and with multiple tries of different file names (E.g with file extensions, renaming the file, etc) I get a failure: ConnectorException": body "Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: No document found matching the provided name'" The workflow uses: Create envelope using template with recipientsGet document info from envelopeUpdate document generation form fields from envelopeSend Envelope  Any ideas?James
