General Discussion

I work in our companies AP Department, so the forms I am getting signed are high-cost invoices that need approval before they are paid. Most invoices are valid and are to be paid, but occasionally invoices are not valid and therefore should not be signed. I set up a dropdown with 2 states, Approved, and Disputed. When Approved is selected I have the conditional field set to reveal the signature box, and when dispute is selected, A box appears with “UNDER DISPUTE” in bold. The issue I am running into is that the dropdowns all become connected to each other. I imagine its because I am merging the recipients? Each envelope is a stack of 3 different invoice types that need to be signed off on by 1 to 2 people, with a specific signing order. I use templates for each of the invoice types, but all need to go to A, then some need to go to B when A is done. I HAVE been checking “Set Signing Order”, then changing all of the A signers to 1, then adding the B signer and setting them to 2. I then g

Would it be possible to add the "Description" field as a column in the Templates display screen? It would be extremely helpful for Admins & Users when viewing templates to be able to see an expanded Description of the form.

Until recently my colleague used to view all the envelopes, he is part as a signee in his DS In Progress tab.  But suddenly he could not view any of the in-progress envelopes from his DocuSign for some reason.  Any idea why?

What should I do in DocuSign if an envelope has already been sent but is returned with the message:“The documents you sent for electronic signature could not be delivered to this recipient”?Can I correct the recipient’s details and resend the same envelope, or do I need to create a new envelope?

My template is a word doc uploaded.  Then I add the text boxes and fitted them into the table - they look correct.  Some have a conditional field associated with them. However, when the template arrives with the recipent, the boxes over lap?  I have set the fixed width option but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. What am I doing wrong?

Whatever you have done to the "New and Improved" DocuSign has been a nightmare for me.  I deal with time sensitive documents and so when my latest document needed some strike-outs and initials... I found that DocuSign had changed me from the Real Estate version so my ability to strike out was gone!  Not only did I lose that ability, but when I was trying to correct it online I couldn’t find the Real Estate version to change to and accidentally signed up for the Pro version which still didn’t give me the ability to strike out words and not only could I not cancel the much more expensive (and equally unusable) after mere minutes, I still had a frustrating issue with trying to complete a simple document. After texting with an agent, I was told that they could not restore my previous version and I would have to wait until my subscription renewal date to change it.The new version also has such a crowded screen, it’s difficult to read the actual document without continuously scrolling side to

Hello DocuSign Support,We have a production Power Automate flow using the DocuSign connector that had been working correctly for approximately 30 days and suddenly stopped working today. The issue occurs specifically with the DocuSign Production connector.Symptoms:Existing DocuSign connection in Power Automate shows Connected. The Create envelope (V2) action times out after multiple retries. The Account ID dropdown in Power Automate returns"No items". I tried switching/re-authenticating the existing DocuSign connection, but the issue persists. I also tried creating a completely new DocuSign Production connection. Power Automate returns:"Connection test failed. Please review your configuration and try again." I can successfully log in to the DocuSign Production web portal and access the Tata Communications account. In DocuSign Connected Apps, Microsoft Flow and Power Apps is present. Most importantly, the DocuSign Demo connector works successfully, while the DocuSign Production connector

I sent an envelop using a template. In the template i had a wrong email. I had corrected the email in the template, resend the envelope, When i check history i stiil see the old email. How do i correct it. One or two recipients had signed the document

Hi, when I go to Admin page and try to go to Billing, the site keeps crashing.I tried this in different browser (Chrome, FireFox, and Safari). Happened to all three. Cleared cache, but same result.Any help would be much appreciated

I’m new to doing Docusign automations. I built a template matching functionality that will recognise a specific invoice layout when I upload it into a new envelope, it automatically applies the template. Working well. However i need this to take the attachments from emails, not folders. So I figured out our docusign email address and sent some documents that were successfully ingested. I can’t find any way though to select these from the Agreements page / completed documents section and initiate a new envelope with these attached, or if I go and manually start a new envelope there are no options to attach ingested documents. How do i achieve this please?

Has anyone else recently experienced DocuSign reporting an email address as undeliverable and prompting you to correct it, even though the address is already correct? I've encountered this at least three times in the past week. In each case, the email address was verified, and at least one recipient was still able to access the envelope. I'm curious whether others are seeing the same behavior or if there is a known issue with email delivery notifications. The recipient's email provider is not blocking emails from DocuSign because I also have the same domain and I receive Docusign emails just fine.

I am not able to receive the offer letter sent by docusign. When it was first sent, due to email id typo it did not get delivered to me. Now even after correcting the mail ,i am not able to receive, what can be the reason.?

I am creating a new Template for an Envelope. Under “Add Recipients”, it has automatically added the signer section with Name and Email but it has also added a line for Role - how do I remove the Role?

I was newbie and just want to explore my bussiness

When selecting the country code +212 during authentication, the system offers either Morocco or Western Sahara as options. However, selecting Western Sahara is highly problematic because it is an extremely sensitive issue.Docusign states that it cannot remove this option: has anyone else encountered this problem and know how to ensure that only Morocco—and not Western Sahara—is displayed when using the 212 country code?Regards,

I need to share a template with my team , so that we can all use the same template. I have saved it to Share Folders, but it only shows for me and not other team members. When I select the template and select share with other users, it fails  Any ideas would be really helpfulThanks

Hello,I need assistance with my free DocuSign account.I use the account only to upload a document, sign it myself, and download the signed document. I do not send documents to other people for signing.I have already signed two documents, but when I try to sign a third document, I receive the following error:ENVELOPE_SEND_ERRORThe error appears after I click the “Sign document” button on the Home page, upload the file, and click “Sign.” The error then appears and I am unable to proceed any further.DocuSign states that the free version does not have a limit on the number of documents that can be signed.I would be very grateful for your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, when I send a document to be signed the original text starts to fade. After sending a few times for signatures you can hardly read the original text. Signatures seem fine but the original text is almost not legible. Any ideas on how to fix this. Thank you

Is there a way to remove or disable certain options in the signer’s “Other Actions” menu for a specific document or template? We wan to remove Decline to Sign, Assign to someone Else, and Print & Sign, while keeping Finish Later available. Can these options be controlled at the document or template level? I’m a sender, not an account administrator.

How can I access contracts that were signed through an email account that I no longer have access to? Even though I still know the password, I cannot verify the security code because it is being sent to an email address that no longer exists. How can I transfer these contracts to another account, or request a backup/export of all contracts signed through the old account?I am also unable to access the support chat with new e-mail. Whenever I try to access it, I am redirected to the page shown message “If you signed up for a Free or Trial account, chat with us to let us know you need access.”. When I click “chat with us,” it takes me back to the same page, creating a loop and preventing me from reaching the chat support.

I am trying to access my DocuSign account but am not receiving emails. They are not blocked or going into junk/spam for my hotmail address but this is an issue because apparently my pension provider is trying to send me emails via Docusign and I’m not receiving them and I can’t log into my account because I can't receive the access code supposedly sent to my email address

I have a standard account and have enabled template upload via Admin, sending settings and the box remains checked.  However, when I go back to templates, I don’t have an option to upload a template, only create a template and that upload dos not allow for json file.  I have logged out and back on and still do not see it enve thought the enable template setting is still checked.   Is there another way to upload a template?

I am requesting cancellation of my DocuSign free trial before it expires. I have attempted to cancel through Admin > Plans and Billing, but the DocuSign billing page returns ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I also cannot access the Support portal because my trial account is not being allowed to log in.Please treat this message as my formal request to cancel the trial and prevent any paid subscription or charge from occurring. Please confirm cancellation in writing.
