Hi DocuSign team and community,I'm running into a blocker on my Developer Sandbox account and would appreciate guidance, as this is preventing me from validating the multi-signer workflow before our production rollout.The problem: I create an envelope from a template with 2 or 3 signers in sequential routing order. After sending, the envelope status shows as Sent in the envelope history, and the history confirms the email was dispatched to the first signer's correct address. However, the email never arrives. Not in Inbox, not in Spam, not in Promotions, not in any folder. Because routing is sequential, signers 2 and 3 are also never notified.What I've already verified on my side: recipient email addresses are correct (double-checked character by character), tested with multiple real email providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domain) with the same result across all of them, checked Inbox, Spam, Promotions, All Mail and Trash, the envelope history confirms Sent st

How do I stop Docusign from changing the name of my PDF when it returns to me?Eg: Docusign Contract 06-12-2024  (on return the name is ACGFBDZ23498AGFCBGKJNFLKDJLNFD)Why does it do this, its so time consuming to rename everything on download after signatures are complete. Jackie

I prepared a template, it has data fields. Because the template includes two files, each of which has an ‘effective date’, the CSV includes duplicate columns. Dunno if that’s why I’m getting the error. I have verified my test file includes all values: But I get this error:

I'm hoping someone here has encountered this before and found a solution.The Setup: I modified the standard Email Resource XML file to apply a custom HTML layout for the main signing invitation email. Specifically, I updated the HTML code inside this tag: <data name="EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody">The Problem:When I go to my Brand settings and click "Upload Email Resource", the system validates the XML file successfully and shows the green "Changes updated successfully" message.However, the "Last Updated" timestamp next to the Email Resource file does not change. It remains stuck on an older date/time, ignoring the current upload.When I send a brand-new Envelope using this Default Brand, it completely ignores my custom XML a

For example, if there is a form that has 10 hard coded sections for wire transfers. 1. The sender would be required to fill out first 4 fields for as many wire transfer sections they will need from the recipient with a minimum of being at least first section up to 10.2.  The recipient would be required to fill out the last 3 fields in the sections that have data that was filled out by sender3.   If a section has no content from the sender, then the recipient does not have to fill out the last 3 fields in that section. Is there a way to ensure client fills out last 3 fields for each section the sender has data in the first 4 fields?

I’m trying to send out a document for signatures, which I’ve done a number of times, but it’s now showing that a fax number is required for each of the signers.  (Even though the fax box is greyed out, and it won’t let me enter anything into the fax number field, so there’s no way for me to send the document.) I’m looking for guidance on a situation involving an envelope that seems to have had its visibility restricted after I raised a concern with my company.I originally signed a contract through DocuSign. Later the envelope no longer appears under my “Completed” documents.However, I still have: A copy of the original contract I signed A copy of another version of the contract with a different job title Both documents show the same Envelope ID  Since I no longer have access to the envelope in my DocuSign account, I’m concerned about how to ensure the evidence cannot be deleted or altered by the sender.My questions for the community: Is it possible for a sender to remove or hide an envelope from a recipient’s view after completion? In DocuSign, we have three joint owners, and the document is sent to all signers at the same time to fill in mandatory text fields. If the first signer fills in their details, when the second signer opens the document to complete their part, is it possible to hide the details filled in by the first signer?

My DocuSign demo account is not sending email notifications to signers for envelopes created. Despite everything worked fine earlier. There are no junk file issues, and i have configured all notification preferences according to solutions / documentation found. Are there any recent updates or changes to DocuSign Demo account settings that could effect Email notifications?Or Anything that i might have missed to set up notifications.Any Suggestions or solutions Would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

What is the monthly envelope sending limit for a developer account? Will it be updated every month?

I am trying to use a formula field to generate a date, with a nested IF statement. Using a dropdown field whose options are 1,2,3,4:  IF 1, date signed + 36 months, IF 2, date signed + 36  months, IF 3, date signed + 24 months, IF 4, date signed + 12 months.  It can also be years.  I cannot get the prompt generator to complete a formula, other than a simple date signed + x months.  Please help

Hello - I am trying to reach business support but there is a message that pops up saying my account does not qualify for it. I have business pro.

I have been using docusign for many years and have NEVER had an issue.  Suddenly my clients with yahoo email addresses aren’t receiving the envelopes that I email them for signatures. Being in the real estate business means that timing is crucial on our documents.  I am unable to wait for hours until the document finally delivers.I am now using another program (digisign) as they aren’t having issues with yahoo.  I am hoping that you correct the problem.  If not, I will not be in a position to renew my annual subscription.  I am not looking for suggestions but rather for correction of the issue at docusign’s end. Fingers crossed you can figure this out.

Sending the document link for signature can only be done via email, or can we create a link to send via Whatsapp, for example?

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract.  It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time.  The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted.  Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

On a certificate of completion, how can I verify (beyond all doubts) that a signer was/wasn’t in person signing a pin pad? This has become a legal matter in which we need to know if signer (which is now deceased) was actually present at the time.  

I want to try a free developer account, as is available at https://www.docusign.com/developers/sandbox. However, must I create another account, or can I upgrade my existent account to it?I observe that the Community authentication method for both types differs (OAuth2 versus OIDC), although I’ll remain hopeful, until confirmed otherwise...
